I gifted myself with an air fryer this Christmas, because I love all kitchen gadgets (and creating and eating food of course). We have, naturally, used our new air fryer to make delicious French fries and sweet potato fries. Air fryer tofu has become a new favourite too, as well as air fryer spiced chickpeas. I admit I don't use all of my kitchen gadgets regularly, but I'm finding the air fryer is quickly becoming a necessity. We keep it right on the counter because it's getting lots of use!
